Innovation Initiatives Ontario North (iiON) is a Regional Innovation Centre (RIC) located in North Bay at Nipissing University /Canadore College. iiON is leading a local/regional resource alliance serving clients within the Ontario Network of Excellence (ONE).

We’ve identified opportunities in a wide range of target areas: advanced manufacturing, aerospace and mining support engineering, health care opportunities, agriculture, green environmental eco technology, forest bioproducts including natural products, resource management, project management, policy development, and a new cluster in IT.

The location leverages synergies with the existing expertise at both Nipissing University and Canadore College campuses.
